The Fright and Flight 5k is an annual race that occurs during October. The race is Halloween themed, and sports a kids fun run race before the official start time. Costumes are encouraged!
The Fright and Flight 5k's mission is to support the Dorothy Day House, a Memphis non-profit that uplifts unhoused families.
The race takes place on the 4th of October, at 9am. It is at Shelby Farms, at the Hyde Lake Pavilion.
