Homebuyer Expo with Convergence Memphis!

It’s no secret that Memphis seriously lacks homes that are accessible to first-time homebuyers – especially for those who are Black and POC. Let’s come up with a solution together.

At Convergence Memphis’ Home Expo events, community leaders in specific neighborhoods around the city will convene to provide resources, including credit repair and home counseling information, home repair opportunities and down payment assistance, share properties and promote homeownership among residents. Light refreshments will be offered at each event.
